Located at the center of Shiga Kogen (highlands), Takamagahara makes for a good access point to the area.
Our owner and chef's kaiseki-fusion cuisine is as healthy as it is delicious, a unique taste you'll only find at Takimoto. Next to our big fireplace is a self-serve wine bar so you'll be able to relax sitting around the fire enjoying one of our many exquisite wines. The views from our western style rooms are some of the best in the whole of Shiga Kogen.
Our in-house hot spring is open for 24 hours.
