Saku Balloon Festival

Saku Balloon Festival has become a special seasonal feature of the Golden Week in Saku City. Top-notch balloon pilots gather at this balloon festival from all over Japan, and wage hot battles against each other, filling the sky with colorful hot-air balloons. Based on this year’s slogan “Inspire Children!” children will have an opportunity to ride a hot-air balloon, and enjoy many other events with their parents. In 2015, Japan Hot Air Balloon Championships will also be held during the festival!
