In Tateshina Town (“The Birthplace of the Sun Fuji Name”), TateshiNapple makes an apple liqueur without using any concentrated deoxidized fruit juice and without adding any anti-oxidants. Using an in-the-bottle fermenting process and traditional production techniques from France, TateshiNapple makes a true apple liqueur as evidenced by the sediment collecting at the bottom of the bottle. This is Japan’s first trial to make authentic apple liqueur, something even hard to come by in France. This is the real thing, using live yeast and no carbonation.
